Simple Events Venue Rental – One-Day Event Space

Make your next event one to remember. Simple Events at 171 Young Avenue, Nettleton, MS is a versatile, beautifully maintained space ready to bring your vision to life — whether you’re hosting a birthday celebration, bridal shower, corporate gathering, baby shower, or private party.

Booking Details:
This listing is for a one-day venue rental. Please include your preferred date(s) in the order notes at checkout — bookings are confirmed based on availability.

Payment:
A nonrefundable rental fee of $350 is due at the time of booking to secure your date. A refundable security deposit of $200 is traditionally required and will be collected separately prior to your event. The deposit is returned within 3 business days following your event, provided the space is left in its original condition.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in the Simple Events Venue Rental Agreement, including policies regarding damages, cancellation, smoking, and furnishing placement.
