For reference, I am typically a size 6–8, fuller busted (D cup), and I am wearing the Medium comfortably. The dress has very little to no stretch, so if you are fuller through the bust, I recommend sizing based on your bust measurement first.

Comfortable fit on me with room through the waist while still fitting well through the bust.
