Simple Events Venue Rental – One-Day Event Space

Make your next event one to remember. Simple Events at 171 Young Avenue, Nettleton, MS is a versatile, beautifully maintained space ready to bring your vision to life whether you’re hosting a birthday celebration, bridal shower, corporate gathering, baby shower, or private party.

Booking Details: This listing is for a one-day venue rental. Please include your preferred date(s) in the order notes at checkout. Bookings are confirmed based on availability.

Payment: A nonrefundable rental fee of $350 is due at the time of booking to secure your date. A refundable security deposit of $200 cash is required and must be paid in person at Simplicity during store hours, Thursdays 12PM to 5PM. Your event date is not fully secured until the security deposit has been received. The $200 security deposit will be refunded within 3 business days following your event, provided the space is returned in its original condition. Simple Events reserves the right to deduct cleaning fees, damages, or outstanding late vacate fees from the deposit. If charges exceed the deposit amount, the renter is responsible for the remaining balance. Deposit deductions may be disputed in writing within 48 hours of notification.

Building Policies: The thermostat must not be set below 73°F at any time during your rental, and the air must be turned off prior to vacating the building. Nothing may be attached to the walls.

Late Vacate Terms: Renters are expected to vacate the building by the scheduled date and time agreed upon at booking. Failure to vacate on time will result in the following fees:

• Day 1 beyond the agreed vacate date: $150 late vacate fee • Day 2 beyond the agreed vacate date: $350, at which point Simple Events reserves the right to remove all remaining items from the venue as standard procedure in preparing the space for the next guest • Each additional day beyond Day 2: $350 per day

All fees will be invoiced separately and are due in full prior to the retrieval of any items or any future bookings with Simple Events.

Abandoned Items Policy: Any items left in the venue beyond the agreed vacate date and time without prior written communication will be considered abandoned. Simple Events reserves the right to take possession of, remove, or dispose of any abandoned items at the renter’s expense. Simple Events is not responsible for any items left on the premises beyond the scheduled rental period.

Agreement: By completing your purchase, you are entering into a binding agreement with Simple Events. Checkout constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined herein, including policies regarding damages, cancellation, smoking, furnishing placement, late vacate fees, and abandoned items. No additional signature is required. Your completed purchase serves as your acceptance of these terms.
